New home. Generation Watch has a new home at LifeCourse Associates. The address is http://www.lifecourse.com/generationwatch. You will have to update bookmarks and links because, unfortunately, I can't forward generationwatch.com. It seems I am the victim of domain name hijacking, as it turns out my old and now defunct hosting company still controls the domain I purchased with their hosting package.

Until this little matter is resolved use the link above or, alternately, http://www.generationwatch.us. In the next day or so I will put up redirect pages at http://www.generationwatch.com.

Changes. I am happy to announce that Generation Watch is affiliating with LifeCourse.com. It is an honor to be welcomed by Neil Howe and William Strauss, the foremost experts on generations and the authors of the theory which inspired this site.

I will be moving content to their servers over the next week or so. There should be some small changes to the site, but otherwise it will continue to be a news portal with occasional commentary in this blog.

Spam Spam Spam Spam. I got tired of cleaning up spam so I closed down the guestbook. It's just as well because of some exciting news I will post soon.

New sites. Found a couple of new web sites and added them to the list. The Baby Boomer Generation has a bloggish format and is chock full of information on everyone's favorite cohorts. The ageless project isn't about generations or one in particular, but rather is a list of web sites sorted by the site creators' birth years. Too cool! Thanks to Bill Murray's TimePage for that link.
